Development of Facilities and Funding

"To increase the chance of success in attracting external funding, RFU development projects need to have their own funds available to put towards facility developments or as partnership funding for requests to grant aid organisations> Therefore any club, school, university or other provider needs to be sufficiently committed to the scheme to either dedicate own funds and/or undertake fundraising activities"
